The place seems to have gone downhill. Rugs are stained in the room, the restaurant staff seemed like it had no direction and no one knew what was going on..basically had to coddle them and help them do their job. Was harassed by an employee (followed to hot tib and made to feel extremely uncomfortable) without an explanation until I questioned ..the reason being I guess my room charge was not possible though at the time of purchase they 100% said yes you can charge to your room. Super unprofessional and a let down compared to back in the day. Front desk was good though and the hot tub still enjoyable.

Love the atmosphere. The cave hottub was great. I asked for late cheout but the room was made already when I got there for last hottub and couldn't see our belongings. But they act pretty quick to find out and bring them back to us. Besides they extended our key to enter the hottub.

Would have liked a fire and balcony, the heat in the room kept going from very hot to very cold, it was inconsistent. It also took forever to wait for the 1 lift they have.

Overall excellent experience. The room was great and staff friendly. The Grotto hot tub was very cool but could have been more hot. I felt like it was bathtub warm during my stay. My chief complaint would be other guests throwing snow ball from above into the hot tub area. Unbelievable that no staff would notice it as the opening is within view of the front desk… otherwise it was great.

The staff was great, our room had an amazing view, everything was clean. The front desk gave us the option on which way we wanted our room to face as well. The hot tub was enjoyable. All in all a good stay. Definitely would wish to have a robe and some slippers in rooms, especially if you are staying in the loft or bigger rooms, given that the hot tub is quite a walk (during winter time) The elevator was a little slow, but not horrible
