The room was amazing, all staff was exceptional, friendly and so helpful! Room had everything we needed and more! Check in and out was a breeze. Hotel is within walking distance to downtown, great mountain views, Chilis restaurant was great- on site- good food, amazing service! Hot pool was so cool, sauna was awesome! Thanks for a great stay!

Was early 1hr arrived and let us check-in. It was nice. Enjoyed the pool as last visit. This time we stay in standard room and surprise me has no fridge. If traveling with toddler like us, hard to store milk without fridge so it's the only thing bothered us. My fault didn't look details of the room before booking. But overall we enjoyed our stay

Lighting in room was not good, especially in the bathroom. Hot tub water was very merky. People next door partied until 5am. We reached out to mention we just got engaged and was spending our special weekend with them. They responded and said they would make our stay extra special. Nothing special done and didnt even mention anything at check in. I have stayed multiple times and this wasnt a great stay.
