We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I was a little hesitant about staying this far from downtown Banff but having the complimentary bus passes was a huge bonus. It was faster to take the bus for a couple minutes than it is to walk from some closer hotels. Would absolutely stay here again. The hotel having bear spray for guests to use was so convenient as well.

Great location! Bus passes included to get around Banff. Roomy for a family with three kids. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here (in two adjacent units) on a family trip to Banff -- four adults, four kids ages 11-15. The space was very good for our group overall, if a bit extra-cozy in the living area when we were all together. The counter space in the kitchen ran out quickly, but a lot was done with what was there. Would have liked either some paper towels or more kitchen towels available, and it would be GREAT if you could pay for laundry with a card/phone, vs. coins. Staff was friendly, location was pretty convenient to town, and the hotel included bus passes for our whole group, which was really nice.
