The staff is friendly but no smiles at all . I work in hospitality for the last 20 years smiles are important. It’s not nice to be in a place that you feel
The staff is not happy to be there.
Otherwise it’s was find accommodate early check in and late check out.
The facility is old very clean and in a good location with a beautiful rose garden across.

No towels for the pool no water in the room
Very very basic and disappointing
Probably worst stay in a hotel ever
Restaurant was nice good views over park

First time staying on the ground floor, clean and tidy also renovated from previous rooms I've stayed in here. Found parking each time when we came back.
Soap dispensary in shower not working. Lack of silverware and hot drink options.

Great to have onsite parking and close to cafes and city. Well priced but we barely got what we paid for.
The only lighting in our room was 2 small bedside lights. These small lights were inadequate in the early morning when we got up. Had to leave the bathroom door open and light on so we could see. The restaurant was cold and the food disappointing. While we may stay again we will not go back to the restaurant.
