As a 3 star hotel it was great, staff members were overall friendly and helpful, the location was excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby alongside good bus transportation. Twin room was cramped with barely enough space to open 2 luggages, and the floor carpet could be cleaner, but the price was cheap so fair enough. [Note: no toothbrush or slippers would be provided so you will have to bring your own!]

Value for money is okay, near restaurants and walking distance to major tourist spots in CBD. Very friendly and helpful staff/reception, especially the Filipina staff (always smiling and ready to help) Hotel is a bit old, but basic amenities are there

I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times and have twice had broken TVs. This room was comfortable but tired and the privacy lock on the door was broken

My second stay at this property was day and night from my previous stay. I was warmly received, had a great room with a great view, room 808, which was cleaner and had a working aircon. Location still remains great, close to dining, K street, and a 15-20 min walk to main shopping in the CBD.

First room I received (room 108) was not clean - dirty glasses, dirty towels, everything damp and I requested a different room. I arrived late in the middle of the night so I wasn't expecting much in terms of service. They switched me to room 101 which was much better, but the AC didn't work so I had to open the windows, which unfortunately had loud noises from the street all night. Housekeeping was practically non-existent. Laundry was not available for the week I was there. For the price, I'm satisfied and location was great. It's a very basic hotel.

Cheap but NOT WORTH IT

Bathroom was no cleaner property, brown stains on toilet seat and bathroom handrails. Absolutely no sound proof rooms, we could hear both rooms on either side of us snoring ALL NIGHT LONG and anytime another room opened or closed a door it sounded like it was in our room . Do not stay here if you want a good rest, city view was promised and also not delivered. King bed was 2 squished single beds jammed together. Overall disappointment, wish I never spent this money.

Parking was unclear and located down an 80 degree slope with no room to turn around with only 4-5 spots available. We were at high risk for crashing and damaging a rental vehicle with concrete and fence wires surrounding the parking spaces. The staff were kind but the room was incredibly unhygienic as the mattress, toppers, and sheets were stained with red and yellow substances covering the entire bed that was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a queen bed. The curtains were stained and the windows were covered with crumbs and dirt. The bathroom was unclean with urine behind the toilet seat. The shelf below the TV almost fell off with their small drinking glasses being placed. We immediately asked for a refund, this hotel was incredibly unacceptable in basic standards and disgusting. I would not recommend it to anyone ever. The only positive was the kind front desk staff that were very understanding and helped us with the refund process. If I could give it a real star review it would be less than 1 star.
