I got the executive room for a night. TV wouldn’t work so I was given a breakfast voucher. Very appreciative of the effort to remedy the problem. Night time movies at a hotel are the best though so was bummed I couldn’t watch anything. Thank you to this gentlemen for trying 🙏 I had a separate stay. This is where the problem arose. I had to cancel it and it was just made extra difficult by the hotel staff. That feeling like you are being told to talk to ‘the other guy to get it fixed.’I’m happy Expedia is the best and they got me a refund. I am not a fan of reviewing places because it can impact the livelihood of the staff and hotel but it’s important to do so sometimes. I felt I was a problem for the hotel instead of a guest but this was just my experience. If you have no need to interact then you may find this place fits enough boxes for price and location. Thank you for the breakfast 🙏
