Very generous sized room and beautifully prepared. Nice welcome and easy parking. It was a very hot day and I really enjoyed a late afternoon dip in the lovely clean pool, and sitting poolside

Poor service. Dirty room. Difficult to understand how the electricity worked with the card that must be placed into slot as you come to the door that controls the rooms electrical. The front desk person was so rude and condescending we were very confused about where to catch the shuttle to the hotel. We called three times for more clear instructions the front desk was not helpful after we flew 9 hours to get to NZ. we waited for two hours at the airport trying to find the shuttle. Finally the shuttle came the driver didn’t help load the luggage into the trailer that holds the luggage. Another male Costumer helped us three females over 50 while the driver stood by asking us if we needed help. The breakfast was not good eggs were ruby the bacon limp and old the toast was decent. We were placed on the first floor n at 2AM a group of 8 Pakistani men were laughing and smoking at their Escalade and they parked in the handicap room that was 3 feet away from my bedroom window. They were there for 30 minutes smoking and partying. I yelled out the window for them to stop making so much noise. Finally after one hour they departed. They were friends of the hotel staff. The pool was filthy n not fit to swim in. The hotel had broken washers n dryers that cost 4 NZD to do a load. The only working dryer was not working well. Do not rent a room here at all!!!!!

Didnt stay for long as our flight got delayed. Only spent 5 hours at the hotels. It was clean and large enough for us. The shuttle was fantastic back and forth, and our shuttle driver was great. Shout out to him as he only dose the night shift.

We were just there for the night. Shuttle service to airport was helpful but checkin felt slow with several people waiting in queue at 3am. Would have expected a couple of people at counter if they were expecting several check ins at that hour. Beds were a bit stiff on edges but comfy enough sleep. Aircon was super loud. Bugs in room. Breakfast was handy but light in options. Would stay again if it was just a layover but nothing more.
