Modern and clean

Hotel was modern, clean, and beds were comfortable. Shower warmed up quickly. The only fault I could find in the room was there were no plugs near the beds. So no charging phones or other electronics bedside.

Great location, easy transportation from the airport. Easy walk to the port and downtown sights. The biggest problem was they had an elevator out of order for our whole stay. Really caused a problem. And you recieved no discount for the sky tower for staying in the sky tower hotel.

Request for city veiws and 2nd room next door was fulfilled. Comfortable beds and rooms. No fuss having an extra guest for one of 2 nights. Love the options of internal restaurants as well as surrounding the hotel. Convenient location for night walks. Only one small forgivable issue was no milk available for a cuppa.

I had a great stay at SkyCity Hotel. The location is central and convenient, close to shops and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
