Location is great! Concierges are an amazing help, had an airport shuttle service, room view was amazing, good restaurants nearby, near ferries and harbour, on and off the bus just steps away. Spend the extra and stay here.

We phoned in the morning of the check-in day to say we would not be checking in because of health reasons. We accept that the cancellation was going to cost us but as we are in the accommodation business I believe we should have been offered another night.

This room was okay for one night, but would not stay for longer - Staff were very friendly, but the hotel needs an upgrade - very dated. Comfortable bed and good kitchenette but antique heating and furniture.
