Clean room with modern amenities. Thrift check in with polite well trained staff and a well mannered and extremely helpful concierge names Caleb who made our check-in and experience that much more pleasant. Beautiful views of the harbour bridge and close to all shops on queen street in the city. We usually stay at The Grand but honestly the staff friendliness and helpful manner is much more appealing as are the conditions of the hotel. We recommend this hotel and will be returning.
