Great hotel. Rooms are big and nicely appointed. The Breakfast buffet has lots of options and was delicious. Staff are amazing. I used the gym everyday, good quality equipment and very clean. The Valet was so convenient, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel room, despite its location on a busy central city street - there was zero noise from outside the hotel, nor from within the hotel itself. Very comfortable bed. Convenient parking at Sky City main carpark, for $35 (relatively inexpensive compared to other central city hotel parking options). Room was very clean and spacious. Room service menu was rather limited & the food was a bit on the bland side, but appreciated the room service amenity all the same.

Everything was excellent very happy stay overall. The only disappointment was collecting my valet parking during checked out was delay despite highlighted as the night before that I need to collect the car in the early morning. There was no sorry from the service staff at all.
