Beautiful hotel, but plan your walking journey to the harbour. Going downhill was easy, but walking uphill can be a challenge. Choose side streets with less gradient to walk back to hotel. Auckland is hilly!!! The hotel has good vibes and very comfortable. Breakfast offering was adequate but not lavish. They have a dedicated egg station for fried eggs or omelet. DIY fresh juice.

Great Breakfast, decent gym, heated pool was nice. The sauna is not made with western red cedar and the seats and the walls get extremely hot! Everyone has to sit on towels and be very careful not to touch their back to the wall. The whole sauna should be replaced with Western med Cedar. The room and the bed were comfortable.

The property looks clean however the elevator smells.

nice hotel although looking a little outdated. would be nice to have some mini bar options in the room. travelling straight from airport via shuttle water or soft drink would be nice. thankfully a little shop around the corner. no room service breakfast option.

Modern and well-equipped hotel with very good staff. A quiet and comfortable stay.
