When checking into the hotel at the designated check in time at 3pm, we found it wasn’t ready until 3.30. After waiting in the lobby for half an hour to be told our room was ready, we went and asked how much longer it was going to be & the lady said that the room was ready but we hadn’t been told (this made us late for our reservation at 4pm). When we got to the room, the mini bar was not refilled. Someone came to the room later on to refill the fridge but had forgotten most of the things to top it up, so again we called to get it refilled but by this time we were ready to go to bed.
