An amazingly beautiful and luxurious hotel. Well worth the price for the location and amenities. We never made it to the casino, however, I saw lots of pictures and heard from lots of people that it was fabulous.

Excellent service. We were very early to the hotel and were still able to check in which was a huge help after a long 14 hr flight. Comfortable bed, nice room. Many dining options though most were quite pricey. The central location was a bonus however, so was very convenient to exploring the city on foot

We were here for a show at sky city theatre. It was a great, spacious, comfortable room. Close to everything in the city. Very easy and lovely helpful, kind staff, would recommend.

This is our go to hotel. Always treated respectfully, staff are friendly. Close to everything in town. Kids love the pool. Gym is decent, not a lot of equipment but enough for us. Breakfast is always great. We stayed at Easter time, kids loved the Easter eggs available at breakfast time :)

The staff at the reception are friendly and accommodating. Location is great. Drawback is you have to pay for the parking. It was a wonderful stay overall.

We loved this hotel! It was the first leg of our trip, the many restaurants and shopping places were great! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The parking was a disaster, I’m not sure who’s error it was but one said we didn’t have to pay for parking if validated and then another said we had to pay for parking and the parking was hard to find but it might have been our misunderstanding as well. I would stay here again, the location is excellent and so were the staff.

VIP access hotel didnt feel like it. No upgrade. I've stayed at Grand by Skycity & Horizon prefer to stay at Horizon. Customer service on arrival & departure no meet or greet or smile just mechanical. Twin room for the price paid was disappointing nothing exceptional like a 5 star hotel should be, not that spacious either, no upgrade except for $39 food or drink credit. Took 2 bottles of water 1 Juice 1 Sprite & 1 Coke from mini bar which cost $39. Please have more variety on in room dining menu & charge more trasonable prices. I expect top class customer service & excellent room.every time, top marks to the wonderful people who clean the rooms every day. Breakfast is yummy too. A smile from reception doesn't cost anything.
