All services and staff were very good. I have stayed over the past 5 years and been very happy. However the TV service is poor - no free sport, no 24 hr news compared to other hotels. Also - dinner restaurant and room service is poor - choice is very limited and non "standard" eg. steak, burgers. Also no room delivery.

Worth a stay

The Naumi Auckland was a pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced, but kitschy - in a good way. It was only a few minutes from the airport. Check in was easy, and the staff was great. Food in the restaurant was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was dated and dark. Much different than pictures on the website. Didn’t like checking in on a kiosk. Made it feel impersonal. There aren’t a lot of restaurants in the area and the food on property wasn’t great.
