We love staying here due to the close proximity of concert venues. Table Service at restaurant was very slow this time plus air conditioning in room 844 was not working correctly. It won’t prevent us going back again very soon. It’s the first time I’ve not given the place FIVE STARS

Service was okay and was able to get an early checkin but had to pay $50. A little ridiculous especially because the room is ready. Valet is $60 /day so I opted to park on my own which was $25/day. Bathroom is super outdated and a shower that has little water pressure. Would I stay here again? Probarbly not, but did the job for the one night

The hotel is very nice, all the staff are friendly. The pool and Sauna is a nice addition and open from 6am - 10pm so it's very usable. Breakfast was included, a buffet style breakfast with plenty of options.

That shower was low pressured so it was really unpleasant for a five star hotel and the buffet breakfast was really disappointing to say the least for the Price. would definitely not be having the breakfast at that hotel again
