The room was clean, but very small. The shower was good and the staff were friendly. Only real problem was the bed, which was on castors and kept rolling out from the wall when trying to read and resting my back against the wall at the head of the bed!

We were transitting from international to domestic flights which required overnight stay in Auckland, have stayed at Ibis before so it was first choice. It is very clean, close to airport, very quiet, great restaurant next door, bus stops regularly on way to airport. Very convenient

I arrived at about 2am from a long-haul flight. I had a pre-paid reservation. The reception staff informed me that the hotel had been overbooked by the system and there was not a room available. No arrangements had been completed for me to go elsewhere. I asked for a refund, which was provided. (This was after initially being told that a refund could not be offered because the booking was made through Expedia). I started calling other hotels to find somewhere for the rest of the night. I was lucky to be checked into another place by 3am.

Super easy airport accommodation. The Yellow Bus makes getting to this hotel quick and easy, 24 hours a day. The staff were incredibly friendly, and while the rooms are on the smaller side, the beds were comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. I’d happily stay here again when needing to be near the airport.
