We were lucky that we chose to stay here. It’s super handy for our trip with no car this time. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service handling with flexibility. We really appreciate that. Highly recommend this place to everyone who needs to be in Auckland.

Reasonably adequate stay for a mid-range centrally located hotel.
The hotel is in a great location on the main street, close to all the shops and restaurants. The options are endless. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was lovely. Staff member at check-in was friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.
A perfect place for our staycation. Easy and safe walking to Viaduct, Britomart and Art Gallery. Spacious 2 bedroom, great for 4 friends especially with 2 bathrooms. A kitchen made breakfasts and snacks easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Nearby public parking was handy.
The staff made my stay incredible. I got sick while ther, they attended to helping me with reservations, understanding the transport and had great, off the beaten track, suggestions for spending my time there. They were friendly, and the accommodation was relaxing, clean, and convenient.
The only issue was that there was no space inside the shower cubicle to place soap/ face wash. I don’t know if that’s how all the rooms are or just the one we had. We had to put things on the floor or position it very carefully on the taps but they would still fall off.
Loved it, met my every need, plus!
I can’t recommend this property enough. You will be so thankful for the wonderful accommodations and pleasing staff.
