Had an excellent experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Auckland! The hotel is located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of most downtown attractions. There are numerous excellent restaurants and cafes within 5 to 7 minutes of the property. The staff was very courteous and wanting to make sure our stay was pleasurable.

Great location in the city center, but rooms are very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to a great variety of restaurants. Eat breakfast at the hotel's breakfast buffet; it's fantastically good!

I haven't slept well in .... a long time. We were in Auckland for four nights and I slept so well here. I think it was how comfortable I found the bed. When we moved on from here to our next stop ... I again had issues waking up frequently trying to get comfortable. Check in/out was simple, location is perfect and walkable. Room was large and we had a great view of the Sky Tower and were able to watch people coming down the bungy. We didn't opt in for the breakfast so can't comment on that part. I would definitely stay again and am sad I didn't book a Crown Plaza property at each stop. I'll also look into staying at Crown Plaza on future trips.

Very impressed Crown Plaza will be our go to place when staying in Auckland. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the view from the room was great and the food and surroundings in the restaurant were wonderful
