Paid a premium price for an ocean view room. Blocked by a cruise ship in the afternoon. Disturbed for 90 minutes from 7 pm to 8:30 as the ship left with the noise and engine vibrations shaking our room and was then woken up at 5:30am by the next ship arriving which also blocked our view. Also, nowhere near enough elevators. Just a horrible experience at a premium price. Go somewhere else. anywhere else.

The pictures of the room displayed online when booking, was far from what the actual room was. A very small balcony with very limited sea views. The room was not what i would expect from the Hilton brand, with cracks in the tiles, bar fridge that sits on an angle in the cupboard, a crack in the bathroom sink, and overall very dated and in need of a makeover....including a shower curtain, which i have not seen in a modern hotel for a very longtime. The staff and downstairs level were fantastic, but the room is far from what i would expect from the Hilton and costing over $600.
