The room is super small you can’t even have room to open your suitcase, thể bathroom is another level very hard to use the toilet as it’s very small. Not 3 + stars, 2 stars maybe

Location can’t be beaten

Location is great and hotel is clean and welcoming. Room has no outside window and was cramped - both of which I knew when I booked it but the location was so handy right on Joo Chiat Road.

Bad service, clerk busy trading stocks instead of taking care of customers, room layout is very challenging (toilet hard to use it because of small place) shower water evacuation badly designed. We took basic room and we had a disappointing experience

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with the room. It was very small and not well cleaned—despite daily cleaning service, the bathroom remained dirty and had a lot of hair, which was unpleasant.There was a TV in the room, but the channel selection was very limited.The only positive aspect was the location, which is very accessible to all major tourist spots.

It was OK :)

Staff were amazing; very helpful and friendly. Location is a little further out from the MRT station but still very good in terms of amenities. What wasn't so great was: 1) The cover sheet on the bed had a hole 2) The shower would flood the whole loo and 3) I wasn't able to work out the air conditioning unit but on hindsight, I could have rung the front desk for help. However, as it was my last night, and I was too tired, so I left it.
