We arrived at the hotel after 5pm (after a 13 hour flight) to find our room wasn’t ready (check in was supposed to be 3pm). The staff didn’t apologise, they just shrugged. We also weren’t allocated the connecting rooms that our party had requested. The room itself was good, although no water or complimentary soft drinks were offered (like other ParkRoyal hotels I’ve stayed at). The location is good close to good restaurants and easy access links to public transport. Overall, adequate stay but service and little touches not as good as other ParkRoyal hotels
