They do not like to provide house keeping services. I had to ask them multiple times to provide us house keeping services. In the whole world, hotel house keeping room services come around 12 pm to 3 pm, their house keeping came around 6/7 pm, but they did not come by themselves, i had to call, verbally tell them or requested via by their switch system. Air conditioning was a joke, even though we set it up for 16 degree it automatically went back to 24 degree, made us sweating a lot. They never changes towels or bed sheets, they just rearranged the old ones. Front desks staffs are sometimes rude.

oveall nice hotel for the pricepoint, on a bit small but it was expected, the major issue is the AC system keep resetting back to 24C during the night, so the night of sleep was not very present

I booked a normal room that was upgraded to a loft. I have stayed in their loft before with the bed being downstairs with the bathroom however, this time I got a loft with the bed upstairs in the bathroom downstairs. So I asked to get the original room that I booked for but they said that everything is booked up. So instead of getting upgraded, I was actually being put in a room that no one booked. I insisted that I do not want a room that I have to climb down to use the bathroom so they managed to get a room for me, but I have to wait until much later to do it. I had a meeting to go to, so I use the loft room that I got “upgraded” to freshen up, went back out for my meetings and came back close to midnight to move to a new room. They gave me to drink coupons and extended my checkout time though.

Kind and helpful

We were exhausted from our travels and the staff was kind enough to give us an early check in instead of the usual 3pm. Very impressed and grateful! Great, central location, too! Highly recommend.

I stay here a lot and sadly this time it was disappointing. When I arrived last night there was no chair for the desk in my room.I went down to front desk and they insisted that chairs were not supplied as standard. This morning they admitted there should be a chair, but it made working in my room last night difficult. Lunch in the restaurant was very disappointing and again staff not helpful. A great shame, I love staying here...but not this time - David Linton Rm 962

Great stay - staff were helpful and including breakfast was a huge plus. Lots of good restaurants nearby and if you are in the mood, an easy walk to Clarke Quay and the Merlin. Close to the MRT which makes it so easy to get to anywhere on the island👍

Rooms are very cozy ., enough for me and my husband.. love how room service always clean and stock up our stuff.. Location is very quiet and in the middle of both marina and sentosa ., thanks for the receptionist Wei who always assist us to get to places.. Hotel is along waterfront and have lots of places to eat .. We included breakfast in our booking which is at beast and butterfly ., Thanks to Armando who always greet us with a smile .,

Reconsider

Such a great hotel, right price, right location, comfortable rooms and fast elevators. But stay after stay your staff absolutely ruin the experience - are you facilitating a workplace culture where customers are the enemy? The attitude of not wanting to help at the front desk. The general disrespect of not answering the phone when trying to call for help. You request an item to your room and 30 minutes later it appears with the staff member smelling like their cigarette break (actually happened during multiple stays). Your team don't want to be there, and they don't care for the customers. It ruins what is an incredible facility.
