Family accommodation in River North

At first, had a room in which AC wasn’t working properly. Got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the river. All staff were lovely and helpful. Ate at the Waterview restaurant one night. Took a long time to get food but it was delicious and reasonably priced. Snack cafe was great to have too. We were in town for a concert and stayed for three nights. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms and hotel itself were pretty clean. It's in a heavily populated area of a major US city - you're going to hear noises from outside at night, so just know that going into it(I've seen people complaining about it in reviews). I never felt unsafe walking around the area and there were people all around at basically all hours. I'd definitely stay again.

Eurostars was such a pleasant surprise to an awesome weekend in Chicago. The staff was outstanding and our King room had an awesome view. The location is fantastic and the convenient River North Bistro was perfect for breakfast each day.

The location in River North is perfect. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable.
