The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for walking to many different activities. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very roomy. We had an excellent stay and this will be our go to hotel when we are in Chicago.

Room was fine but occupants in room above us were bouncing a ball until nearly 1am. Took 2 phone calls to front desk to resolve. Breakfast situation sucked - went down at 9 (available until 10), room was jammed, virtually no food available, no milk, 6 deep waiting to use the toaster, fruit gone and not being replenished (put baskets away). Not the first time this has happened. Will never choose a rate that includes breakfast again - total ripoff. We left frustrated. Front desk and car valet were friendly, professional and helpful!

Staff was AMAZING! We felt welcome from the very start. Javier at breakfast was awesome. Rooms were huge for a downtown hotel. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Beware this location is across from a Fire Station & can get loud at times. But, the hotel does offer earplugs & supposedly offers White Noise Machines(Can't verify, we did not ask)

From the moment we walked in the front door, anytime we walked past the front desk we were always spoken to. The self parking garage was $60/day and it was a convenient 2 blocks away. The queen studio room had a beautiful view and was a great set up with 2 tvs, one in the main living room and one on the couch side. The male employee that worked the breakfast station went above and beyond with his customer service in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.
