Loved location, pool and free breakfast and friendly staff. Room was very spacious, kitchen had all needed items for cooking, however upon arrival, one of the dressers was dirty - there was signs of spill all over the side of it. Still, I would stay there again.

The staff was really friendly. Check in/out was seamless. Breakfast was good, just missing waffles. Breakfast area stayed cleaned and stocked. Staff even cleared away dirty dishes.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the homewood suites in downtown Chicago. The only thing we had to say about the room is the toilet was loose in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was not what I thought it was going to be. But besides that we enjoyed our stay. The next visit we have to get a room with the view. It’s like home away from home. Thanks.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The valet parking was a great and efficient service for us and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful to us. The room was perfect for our needs as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're back in Chicago.
