Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids.

The staff is so friendly and attentive. Everyone from housekeeping, concierge, front desk and all restaurants weee just lovely Pools were the perfect temperature! The whole resort was clean. Breakfast was great. All the staff were so attentive and accommodating. Mere at the front desk was so welcoming and got us checked in quickly at 6am. The ladies at the buffet desk for breakfast were as friendly as they come. What an amazing experience. Oh and the lagoon looking pools are something out a movie.

We had a fantastic stay at the Raddison! Our room configuration for a family of 4 was great!! The pool was fantastic for kids. My son loved the slide and there were plenty of shady spots in the pool and surrounds. The staff at the Raddison are just soo beautiful! Everyone is soo friendly and nice! The Lebanese restaurant is the best out of all the restaurants. We wished we utilised the kids club more. They were great and the Nannie's were amazing! Overall it's a great location for a young family especially the pool!

We had pre planned our rooms months prior to arriving. This had been completely ignored and our whole family ended up at different parts of the resort. The housekeeping staff were not at all satisfactory with their jobs, no towels bath mats and hand towels for days, no restocking the room, and two people in our group had to dry themselves in one of the bathrobes. If they spent more time on their actual job instead of standing at the cleaning carts reading magazines we wouldn’t have to complain. The fine dining restaurant was shocking and we sent back several meals. Breakfast was very average most days, we had two ladies who were the best people there Nia and Onny, we don’t know if we’ll stay again but we’ll still visit these two fantastic ladies they made our day every day

We had 3 rooms and each room had to go several days without towels or clean ones even tho repeatedly asking for them. Room servicing was a bit random also. 113 waste bin was over flowing all throughout our stay. We wanted to try Raddison as it looked friendly and great pool for grand daughters. We have stayed at Sheraton and Hilton. So this time round was a bit disappointed and Italian restaurant needs help. Some of our food was inedible. So dissspointing last night family dinner. I am a senior chef and would love to offer my services to Tge Raddison

Wonderful and friendly staff, beautiful rooms and amenities. The whole resort layout and atmosphere was fantastic. So glad to have chosen Radisson Blu for our stay and wish we had spent more nights. This is an excellent resort for families especially children with lots of activities and fun. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Very fortunate with our room upgrade which was a big bonus. Cannot wait to bring the children and enjoy beautiful Radisson and Denarau Island

Isoa, Isavina,Ako, Iliesa Imia, Talica, Amele, Virisila, Maria These are just of the names who were so kind and helpful. There were others as well but i didn't get all the names. Many staff remembered my name and my fijian name as well. Some of the cleaning staff who I saw randomly in other areas of the hotel remembered which room I was in even though they may not have known my name. So despite having some issues with the room the staff are amazing. The staff at the breakfast buffet were great as well. Always kind and friendly and asking how I was doing.
