My first time staying at Tokatoka. I am so grateful to the staff for their flexibility. I had accessibility issues and needed a room closer to reception and dining area. They were so kind to accommodate me especially when they were fully booked. Grateful to the staff and management.

Good location, excellent staff.

Literally right across the road from the airport- which did make it a little noisy but the t was great value for money. Staff were excellent, better than any resort I have stayed in. Efficient and friendly. Good restaurant and pool area. Bed is ok, not overly comfortable but quite fine.

The location to the airport was great. Staff was very nice. If you want to get some rest, request a room that is not by the pool and restaurant. Nice place for a family. Would recommend.

The Porter and front reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Staff at the bar and restaurant were very slow and dismissive. When we attended the restaurant for both lunch and dinner they ignored us for a long time before eventually taking our order when we asked. The dinner was very slow to arrive and one of our meals sat under the lights on the pass for 15 -20 minutes before staff eventually brought us our meal.
