The Tokatoka is a great gateway hotel in or out of Nadi. We arrived at 5 am from an overseas flight and needed a place to stay for a few hours before meeting up with friends. Tokatoka gave us an early check in and we spent the day in our room and by the pool. It was perfect for what we are looking for!

My family and I have loved our stay here. Free airport shuttle although it is only a 5 minute walk. We had breakfast included which just made everything so much easier for us. $30 for a load of washing, washed and dried suited us as well. There is a shop onsite where you will find all of your essentials. We made use of the Gym, Spa and our children just loved the pool and playground areas. The staff here have been amazing and incredibly helpful. Sugar Taxi's are available from the resort which has made venturing out and about Nadi with children a lot less stressful. We came here to relax and we have been able to do that.

Not somewhere I could recommend for anymore than 24 hours, it felt a bit like a prison rather than a hotel Not even providing bottles of drinking water on arrival was incredible , the wifi did not work once in the room and they charge you after 24 hour anyway everything about this place felt like they were out to get you staff were friendly enough on the face of it but felt very fake when I was trying to leave the Valet was repeatedly hassling me about checkout and would not provide clear information about the shuttle to the airport in the end I just left by foot Will not be returning

My 5 night stay horrible

My room 102 Book this hotel for convenience not for vacation But this hotel feels more like a prison than a spot to relax Rules cant have guests come to my room n the kind of room I booked is a suite... My guests can only meet me in front lobby or the restaurant a bs Rule im paying for the room it's not free. Also my suite has no phone in the room so if I need something i HAVE to walk to the lobby paid 1600 for this crap The property manager is no where to be found they cant even give me his phone # to contact him. This was not my first time staying here but this is my last time do not stay here They breakfast is same thing over n over again The lobby manager told me there are other guest next to me so they cant have noises yet they are music playing n a play ground in front for the room I have never been to a place where they have such double standards... Also was told by staff I should not come back. What a great customer service just because I didn't agree with something n wanted to talk to property manager...

Overall stay was good. Staff were really good and easy to approach. Room was serviced all moat everyday without asking. My kids loved the stay. Would highly recommend. But if the hotel can provide with microwaves for villas especially family with kids. Otherwise the stay was really good.
