Our check in was smooth, got a free upgrade to the ocean view room. The room was spacious for a family of four with daily cleaning service. The staff were courteous and helpful. An awesome experience and a highly recommended place for young families.

Unforgettable Family Holiday at Sheraton Fiji! We recently stayed at the Sheraton Fiji and absolutely loved every moment. The resort is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, spotless rooms, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and genuine “Bula!” every day. The breakfast buffet was incredible with plenty of fresh options, and the kids’ pool area was perfect for our little one. The Bula Bus made getting around Denarau super easy, and we really appreciated the seamless connection to nearby restaurants and activities. It’s the kind of place where you can completely unwind while the team takes care of everything. We can’t wait to come back — Fiji hospitality truly has no equal. Highly recommended for families and couples alike!

We visited in mid October and found the resort pleasantly not filled to the gills. The facilities are somewhat dated but appear to be well maintained, and the landscaping was truly beautiful. The largest disappointment was the beach, as it runs about half the length of the property, followed by rock jetty for the rest. It was well maintained. The waters were warm and pleasant, just not the turquoise blue we were expecting. That's probably more on us, as this isn't the Caribbean, and the sand was a mix of white and black sand which probably affected the water color. It was however very soft and fluffy. All in all a very pleasant stay, but considering the cost of the facilities, I felt that they overcharged for what they offered.

The room was nice and cool, a great oasis when the sun by the pool got too hot. We found the connecting door let through a LOT of sound from the next room, and the seal around our main entry door let in a lot of light at night - equivalent to having a nightlight on. The resort is beautiful and well-appointed, very close for our planned activities. Next time I have those activities on Denerau I would stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Sheraton, the staff were amazing and so friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced and the view fantastic (Ocean View). I think any room you choose here would be great. The choice of food options was enough for a 6 night stay and the Bula Bus gave you the option to go to the Port for something different. The resort had a great relaxing atmosphere, never feeling crowded and also the option to a quieter area for those with no kids, although even in the family area it never felt too loud or overwhelming. A big thank you to Vitaly and his team for such a great holiday, we will be back to see you again!
