Customer service was horrible. Kept asking if we would like to upgrade. Willing to pay upgrade fees then they tell me they cannot accommodate us. This happened 3 times. Last 2 times we were they they told us to leave and stay at a differant property because we had a trailer and had to double park. They had over a mile of vacant parking spaces!

Beware: Stolen items from room

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend. Front desk staff was rude upon arrival and throughout stay. Hot tub colder than pool. Items stolen from room when cleaned and when inquiring about items manager offered “upgrade next visit”. Do not stay at this hotel.

I love the pleasant staff. They were friendly and personable...Except the valet staff almost ran me over on the sidewalk because they run. I was alone and felt comfortable. I really would love to come back. I hope they would have a pkg. Deal affordabilty is a factor..but i understand the reasons why it costs so much to stay there. 42.00 for a burger and coke with room service was a bit high though it was a great burger..the fries were cut too thin. Thank you

Asked for a refund 6 times on the “ love is the air” package and get completely ignored each time never even see the stuff that was supposed to be here. Beds are super uncomfortable and had to get a new fridge during the stay. Super annoying and unhappy

A really nice, clean place to stay. Wish we could've checked out the jaquzzi, but we lacked sleep due to kids running amok from 11am-3am. Slamming doors & screaming. I only wish room phone worked as we could not reach front desk to call about kids running up/down hallway! Bed was very comfy. No outlet near coffee maker, no batteries in tv remote, no phone & terrible lighting in bathroom (looked clean tho). Resort Arena seating is way too tight! Very uncomfortable & way too HOT! Turn on the A/C. They need a better exit plan as it was a cluster to get out (I'd worry about future trampling).
