What we were hugely disappointed about was that the cafe was closed Friday late afternoon for dining. Very Disappointed! Didn't want steak, burger, Chinese or pizza! Also, the front desk check in assistant, wrote the wrong room number on our key folder ie wrong tower, wrong room number. Oh well! We survived Lol

I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful all of the staff was. From the valet, front desk, cabana staff, everyone we encountered were pleasant and accommodating. Sadly, this is rare these days. Definitely a highlight of our stay. We are very much appreciative and look forward to staying at the resort again, soon.
