This was my 3rd time staying at this property and the condition of the property has definitely deteriorated from my last two stays. I was disappointed with lack of cleanliness in my room as well as lobby bathrooms.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. We had 1 night before my parents flew out the next morning. We enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pools and watching the planes come & go. Breakfast was included in our stay and had a good variety of cereal, fruit, toast, pastries, cooked food (hash browns, sausages, rice, porridge etc) and an omelette station. The staff were fantastic with our kids and the sunset from the rooftop was stunning.

It’s such a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday. It’s very peaceful, the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The environment is very nice and clean. It’s located at such a nice area as it’s near to several restaurants and other hotels and even the main town isn’t too far. Excellent services and great prices.

Absolutely horrible experience, from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Rooms were filthy and bathroom had mould and hair from previous guests on the floor. Rooms had really bad odour and cockroaches and bed bugs. Upon complaining to the manager, they moved us to a different room but it still didn't feel clean and free of cockroaches. Staff are also very stubborn and not very helpful.

The smell is so bad from unclean to sewage and mold. From the elevator to the hallways right into the room. Overall a very smelly stay. The pool was great to go up and escape the room

Let’s put it this way , I have stayed at the nalagi hotel a few times and unfortunately none of them have to been pleasant. On this occasion I stayed for 2 nights , issues I faced this time was the uncleanliness of the room , my bed had a stain on the sheets? Seems like the bed was remade with used bedding sheets (below attached). My roomed wasn’t completely cleaned . When I returned there was still dirty cups left in my room and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The restaurant staff customer service is atrocious.
