The room — ocean view bulle was amazing! Great shower, beautiful resort, pool, island, and beach! Very kind service. Reasonably priced restaurant with great food. My only complaint is that we did as they suggested and had the meals and spa billed to our room. Upon check out they read back to me all the food we had at the meals and the spa services. But they didn’t provide an itemized bill. It was hard to tell if the final amt they charged was correct, esp with the change in currency. When I went back and added it up it seemed to me they overcharged us . I have asked multiple times for an itemized bill so I can be sure and they have yet to provide that. Which is a bummer because we loved this resort and would definitely stay again but be very careful with your bill and we would advise not to have things billed to your room.

Beach water had rubbish floating around at times and along the sand could do with a clean up of litter. Otherwise rest of resort was well kept. Water wasn’t really swimmable but the private pool was great.

first landing is locates middle of Nadi and Lautoka. The resort is a short distance from Nadi (International) Airport, approx. 25-30 minutes drive. Resort offers many activities in addition to great view, food, service and vibe. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room service is awesome. The resort is perfect for families, groups or individuals even. We wanted to explore nearby areas so we hired car and drove. We used Maps to navigate directions. Sabet mud-pool is a short drive you may hire your own car and go there, it is pretty simple to get around or you could let the resort arrange a cab. About the Weather We went in Jan. It is hurricane season between Dec-Jan, however unless otherwise any warnings' issued by the Gov. the weather is not a worry for cruises or moving anywehre on the island, Nadi and Lautoka.

Great quite location, room were clean and spotless, Staff was courteous and welcoming. Only suggestion I would make to them is to have a shuttle service to Nadi/Port Denaru as public transport is pretty poor. And taxi service is not easily available.

The location is beautiful and is connected to Fijian history and culture. The resort is spacious with own beach, pool, kids club, bar, restaurant, gift shop and entertainment. The staff go above and beyond and they become like family. Great place for kids. Nothing is any trouble here. Peaceful, clean, friendly and welcoming

The front office staff were rude and the spa was closed. When we asked why the spa was closed we got a different version from the front office to the apparent manager. They did not help to get us a spa treatment elsewhere. There was no apologies or compensation for the lack of services. There was construction happening at the back of our villa and the noise was unpleasant. One afternoon it was actually quiet and we decided we would have a nap, we placed the do not disturb sign on our door and locked it. Housekeeping were yelling from outside the gate to come in and then rang the phone. They were surprised that we did not wish to be disturbed and they said it is my last shift I want to say goodbye. They showed a lack of boundaries for guests spaces. It is extremely disappointing because we were returning guests and our last experience was nothing like this. Despite these things we had a wonderful time as we were helped by locals to find masseuses to go to. The bar staff were very friendly and looked after us.
