Horrible service was told the night before sheets arnt provided no toilet paper no detergents no gas in bbq dirty beds and found fishing knife at children’s reach on floor bond still not refunded 3 weeks later no communication either Horrified

Quiet, comfortable holiday house

There is two parts to my review - the house and the property management company. The House - a very comfortable and quiet house tucked away in Rye. A short drive to everything. Very handy having the spa in the back yard. The Property Manager - I had to contact multiple times to get the check-in details (access to the keys), this was only provided 1.5 hours before check-in time. Phone calls and messages from the property manager on the second last day of my stay (Thursday), telling me that I had overstayed my visit, even though I had a confirmation and had paid to stay til the (Friday). When I advised and forwarded this information, I did not hear anything back, an apology would have been nice. Finally, it took 3 weeks to get the bond back (full amount), after numerous phone calls, emails & messages, when the terms and conditions stated the bond would be returned in 5 days. I would love to stay at the property again, however I never want to deal with that property management company again.
