Great access to beach and shop strip. Can be relatively noisy - which may have been due to location of room. Could frequently hear cars going past and other patrons walking through. Clean and tidy. Room had a queen bed but was listed as a King bed room.

Rooms descriptions needs to be clearer.

Its not our first time here and we always enjoy the location and premises, however I do have one constructive criticism to make. We booked a poolside room and reasonably expected a room with a patio onto the pool as we have had before. On checking in I was told that we are on the second floor, when I queried that I was told that the ground floor was booked out weeks ago but the second floor was available also with a view over the pool. Thats not what I wanted and the booking was not clear at all. The rooms over the pool should be advertised as "pool view rooms" so that it is clear when you book. If the pool side rooms were all full when I booked, fair enough, but then dont tell me that the second floor rooms are the same as the ground floor. Also we had elderly parents with us who cant use the stairs so in the end we had to move to the main building with am lift. I ask that the management here be clearer with descriptions of the rooms.

Outsoor sitting area needs some gardening attention. If you’re near the washing machines and dryers it’s very noisy in the morning with people talking and accessing the facilities. Also someone decided to put their washing on at 9.30pm and they went in and out till 12.15am (Saturday night).

The room and the pool were great, only thing that was a let down was the pool area.not cleaned everyday and the ground around the pool was full of possum poo.overall a great stay.
