A great location but a little tired, especially the carpet and lounge. Parking was tight but okay for a smaller vehicle. Joe was really helpful at check-in and prior to our arrival.

It was in an excellent area, close by where we needed to go. The light switches were in funny locations but that added to the beauty of the facility, a bit quirky you would say. I was just a bit disappointed that there was no information folder in the suite.

Our room was great and had a gate to access without having to go into main buildings. Loved this. This was also handy as our keys would not work to get into main building doors. We did swap them but new set would not open doors either accept for room door. Occasionally we could get in some side access gates. Other times we just walked around and past reception. Lots of needles on ground in back alley car park so moved car day 1 to near reception and only parked there . Lots of noise early mornings and late night from back alley way which is where the needles were. That being said the rooms and facilities were great. Staff lovely and great location to city and theatres. Would stay again.
