The Mantra staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed including a fridge, hair dryer and ironing facility’s in the room. The bed was really comfortable and the reception staff really helped me out. Thank you!

Property feels dated & dark, probably due to the tiles color & carpet furnishings. Room is clean but the bed was too soft & had already sunken; couldn't sleep well; was looking forward to a good rest before catching the long flight next day but... Having the airport shuttle is a real convenient.

Stayed overnight ahead of a very early flight. Had stayed 5-6 years ago and was ok so booked again. It’s looking a little tired. Twi reception staff were lovely but they were overloaded at times, particularly when a group would arrive and there was no one to answer the phone or attend to room issues. Three issues; a) Kettle had a broken switch which they replaced some time later, b) TV remote doesn’t work properly on the 20?year old tv; back to reception. They attended and told us only to use certain buttons. c) the bed base was broken and it was only discovered at bedtime. 7 hours till getting up so pulled the mattress onto the floor. Response in the morning - sorry about that. Front bar and seating area is very nice. We’d stay again if we receive an apology.
