When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated

Bill is a terrible "boss" / manager , i have never been treated so unfairly and been stuck stranded to which this hotel stole my money, and didnt allow me to rest my sore head at the time. I am still awaiting for my deposit for a room i never got to spend time in yet again, i was attacked and they did nothing to ressure my saftey. Worst hotel ive stayed at to date, all becos of 1 little man and rude management. There carpets were disgusting and there were holes everywhere, tv was broken, and found a crackpipe inside there air-conditioning unit. Stay at your own risk. The air-conditioning/heater barley worked and there locks on their doors are barrel key holes, so no that not only are you not safe there, anyone can break-in and take either your stuff or hurt you too.

The room we stayed in was clean, updated and had everything you needed like a microwave, kettle and toaster. The decor was stark but clean. The room was big and the bathroom was quite new. There is plenty of parking. I think they might have some long term guests and as there is no smoking in the rooms, they were all smoking outside when we arrived. I found them friendly enough so no issue. It was very quiet even though it is on a busy main road. All in all it was perfect for a one night stopover.
