Staff were friendly and responsive, however room servicing was intermittently provided, not daily (it was communicated that this was done on request, but not informed at check-in).
Unfortunately the aircon also broke down a couple times. Laundered towels were not entirely dry and throughly washed. Paid for breakfast as part of the accomodation package online but was told at check-in that paid breakfast was no longer provided due to change in ownership of the motel - a small discount was provided.
In terms of comfortability, the room could be a little warmer, the cool bulbs are very harsh lighting and artificial plants, a little dusty. Fantastic restaurant - Moja Duck - a reservation guest discount would go a long way considering it is the closest option for food in the building.
