Our overall experience was positive, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the feel of the place was welcoming. Having a little balcony out the back was nice to relax.

This is an older-style property, and although the decor is quite dated and tired, it is very spacious and airy. As a business traveller, I booked it because I wanted to have a swim before going to work however, the pool doesn't open until 8 am!

Brooklands Quaint Motel

Brooklands is a quaint motel on a site that included some history of Mornington. Everything worked fine, room was cleaned daily and we had parking in front of the unit. We were near down town - 10 minute walk.

Calming and comfortable.

Lovely older style motel with large rooms and bathrooms and a lovely area to sit out back and have a cup of tea and chat. Really nice calming energy around the complex. Walking distance to Main Street and beach. Parked right out front of room. Would definitely stay again.
