Great customer service. Apartment was clean and well presented. It had everything that we needed. We had an event booked mid week at Gosch’s Paddock and John Cain Arena and didn’t want to risk getting stuck in early morning traffic so decided to book our stay and it definitely made our day so much easier. We’ll be sure to use this as an option next time we have an event at venues close by again.

I could go on about the amazing view we had over the park and the stadiums and cbd but instead I was so impressed by how helpful the staff was with our unusual schedule and allowing us to check in early to get ready for an event. Thank you! (the comfy bed and pillows weren't bad either!)

Below its normal standard

Room 211 needs some attention. Bed was saggy with a lump in the middle, staff were advised. A few little maintanance jobs needed in the room, noisy back facing room. Air con controller ripped from wall. Burnt cooking equipment stored in cupboard. Ive stayed here a lot and this is the worst room ive had here, normally an excellent stay
