Magnificent Mile accommodation with pool

Great service. Guy at front desk was extremely friendly and got us checked in three hours early and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was amazing. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The bathroom is small but fine for our needs. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. And the area seemed safe and clean. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago.

Great service and great location. A bit noisy out on the streets on the weekends since it is next to Michigan Ave.

Room was renovated, and very nice and clean. For an old hotel, this was a very nice experience!

Excellent location. Clean hotel and room. Only disappointment was booking a king room, receiving a twin room at check in, and having it cleaned once during our 4 night stay.

This place was perfect for our visit to Chicago for leisure! The location could not be better - so centrally located to every place we wanted to visit. Bus to Lincoln zoo steps away, Orange Line to Midway airport, and eed line to Chinatown - every place else was easily walk-able - we loved it!! Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We will be back!
