The room was not in good shape. Dripping and non-functioning HVAC system, broken mirror in the bathroom and a useless phone. We had to change rooms after a 1:30AM attempt to fix the HVAC system. The staff were great and upgraded us for our second night.

We looked at the room decor – – I’m thinking the rooms were remodeled within the past several years. We were in a smallish king with city view, and it was absolutely lovely. Our floor was super quiet – – might be because it was the very time of February, but all the same we appreciated the quiet. The pool and locker room are excellent – – they would be a little overwhelmed if more than eight people were operating at the same time, but luckily, that was not the case when we were using it. Did not have much interaction with staff, but what we did have – – the staff was professional, friendly, and polite
