Beautiful resort! The stunning lobby, nice beach, several pools and good food and staff make it the best choice for an upscale stay in San Juan.

The Best Experience I Love it.. very clean, beautiful decor, the bed super comfortable All The Staff was amazing very friendly and kind. The area is safe and also very close to both beach around love this hotel everything looks new. Bali hotel i will comeback there in PR.

I would not recommend this hotel.

I generally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Getting there and navigating the surrounding area felt a little like a maze at first, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the signs were placed in exactly the right spots. Just when you started to feel confused, there was a sign pointing you in the right direction. The room itself was cute, clean, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. A couple of small things were missing that would have made it even better: there was no complimentary lotion, and there wasn’t a bag in the ice bucket. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff did a great job keeping everything clean, stocked, and neat. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay again.
