The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location. The view was beautiful.

I booked hotel Armas for our short vacation trip, where me and my husband had a wonderful experience !!! Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel has its own designated beach area & amenities a couple blocks away just show your room card. This was an an unexpected bonus.

Nice location and nice pool area. Convenient to the small, protected beach. We had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night due to a loud bass sound that maintenance said is the sound of the restaurant reclaimer (or something like that) that doesn’t get turned off until ~1am and on again ~5am. It was directly above our tenth floor room and was a terrible, deep sound. Our first encounter with staff sounded like she thought we were lying about it. For the cost of the room, we expected an entirely better experience and less condescending staff.

We had an amazing time staying at LaConcha. The service and property were incredible. It’s in a central location walkable to so many restaurants and the restaurants onsite were all fantastic.

The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast.
