The staff was great. The hotel was clean. I had a poolside room, amazing. The hotel bar sells overpriced mediocre drinks, just go across the street to the Supermax and grab a bottle of your favorite spirit. Overall great stay. My only complaint is that the key cards would not work properly. I probably went through about 6.

This hotel is very convenient and surprisingly peaceful in a dense neighborhood. It has every amenity. A short walk or shuttle to the beach. Near lots of restaurants that are not very touristy.

This hotel was clean, property was maintained, and the service was excellent. All of the workers were professional and courteous. The cafe had great food, the staff went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied. Even getting you transportation to the beach, helping you with your luggage, I especially loved William who catered to my brother who was on a scooter, getting him in and out of the car or van was a challenge, but all the workers helped as a team. I will come back to this hotel when I visit Puerto Rico again.

Property is beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The best part is they have a shuttle that takes you to their private beach club that’s a few minutes away. They have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use. And the beach is quiet and beautiful. Also William our shuttle driver is the best!!!

Great location with good energy, stylish design, and friendly staff. The pool area is really cool. The only downside was that housekeeping came super early at 8:30 AM and woke us up—so just remember to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
