Second time staying here, always up to expectations. Either side of building has balconies with beautiful views. It has beach access and a swim up bar. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and gift shops. Would recommend to anyone coming to PR.

Great location and good pools

Nice hotel, we enjoyed the pools (fresh water with a bar and the salty water pool) and the small beach right at the hotel.

The room looked clean at first but closer you looked it was very dirty. The pool and pool bar closing at 5pm is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard off at a resort style hotel.

The elevators wasnt workin on the 3rd floor. Bar at the pool closed at 6pm. Rusty lamps in the room. Lamps not working. The manager was very kind. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Sadly, i will not stay here again. Def not for the money paid.

The bed was horrible. I could not believe this was a major resort. Very disappointed with the initial welcome. Me and my husband were not offered a bottle of water when the guest checking in right before us received water. Much money spent with low comfort/accommodation. Very disappointed!

Overpriced hotel in desperate need of renovations. Shower temperature ranged from lukewarm to cold. Peeling paint everywhere. Elevators worked on and off. Hallways smelled of a mixture of mold and weed. Room service was sadly lacking in many aspects. Mattresses were lumpy and smelly. On the positive side the lobby and lobby staff were very nice. Nearby beach is small and not very clean.
