The hotel was extremely outdated especially the room . Chipped paint all around and the cleaning staff weren’t cleaning the rooms properly. We found glass under our beds after night three which means the room was never cleaned properly. Definitely a 2 star hotel . Staff were friendly.

I stayed here last week Oct 31st Flew into San Juan late. Stayed here over nite then went to my Timeshare We Loved it …. So we came back on our last night cause we fly out early AM. Nice view. But the hallway smells like Mildew……. On the 9th floor and the room door next door was very creepy it was not like that on my other floor a week ago. And the young man at the desk previously was Amazing a lot Friendlier this the young lady tonite. I even had my Nephew come her with his family cause they also have an early flight also. We came back for the service but this time fell short..

The room was infested with ants. This morning they were all throughout the bathroom and inside my shoes as well as on the sink area where my travel bag was located all night.

The view from our room was fantastic as was the amenities at the swimming pool. You could walk down to the beach in just a few steps or stay by the pool, and enjoy the swim up bar. The beds were comfortable, but the only negative was the room service kept making the beds with the sheets at my feet too short and the sheets would ride up in the middle of the night. Otherwise, this hotel is a great stay in and outstanding location on the Condado

First time staying at the condado plaza hotel and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and always stocked with towels. We an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was amazing and helpful during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

Having bottled water in the room, instead of having to ask for it everyday would have made a difference.We had too many problems with the cards not working properly in the room nor elevators. The staff was very good, and the hotel cleanliness was excellent.
