The parking is incredibly inconvenient. The amenities are a little lackluster. The place looks clean, but it’s really not that clean. The only thing I can really say that is has going for it is its location and view. Since for the price point it’s really gonna be hard to beat

I paid for one room and they gave me another. The bed didn't have sheets, much less a comforter like any other hotel have, because none were available until the next day. The lamps were stained and dirty, the desk was broken, the walls had holes, and the bathroom was stained. The phone in the room was just for show; it didn't work. It's anything but a hotel room. There were problems from the moment I checked in with the reception staff. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me the manager had resigned and that there wasn't one at the hotel. It's a joke for those who pay for their stay. Nothing they offer is real; the photos they post don't show what the room is really like. Spending money at this hotel is throwing it away and getting garbage for what you paid for. How can you rent the room if you don't have the necessary things to make the bed I'm paying for?

We never even got into the room. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. There were several guests waiting to be checked in. We waited for an hour past check in time and were told that they were waiting to hear back from housekeeping who never called back. We ended up booking another place and leaving. In fact, I am still waiting for Expedia to credit my money back from this hotel. It’s been 6 days and aside from an email saying that they were looking into it, there has been no follow up. Horrible experience all around. Not even sure if I’ll use Expedia again

The hotels location and views far made up for the issues however the hotel says it has soundproof rooms - it doesn’t, the non-stop airport traffic makes it really difficult to sleep. The soaker bathtub leaks water from the faucet and the hot water didn’t work for the tub. The hot water did work in the other two showers, however, the water was either scalding or freezing. The tv in the main bedroom did not work at all which was unfortunate because we were hoping to use that to drown out some of the noise. The location was great and we could get very affordable Lyft rides.

Very clean and comfortable room, great view of the lagoon and glimpses of the ocean. Easy to access and out offsite/nearby parking was validated at no cost. Local restaurants are very expensive : $37 for a small pizza, takeout, from a very modest bar. We would stay there again and plan our meal ahead.
