rooms were absolutely filthy. walking barefoot across the room and the bottoms of your feet turned black. we were promised a pool and no pool. parking lot was far away and completely inconvenient. There is no accessible beach front. closest beach required quite a walk.

The room was dirty and there was mold on the bathroom wall. I made several calls to the front desk and it went unanswered. I had to personally go to the front desk to request a room change. Front desk staff were rude and seemed to not want to be bothered. Second room, tv did not work but had maintenance fix it. That same evening my family went out upon returning their card was deactivated. They went to the front desk and no one was there. Luckily, I chose not to go out with them and I was able to open the door for them. Imagine, if I would have left with them… we would not have access to our room. Following day, after a long day of sightseeing, we expected to come back to a clean room. I was informed after going to the front desk that I had to request the room to be cleaned. This was not informed during check-in. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Property was located next to the Hilton Caribe. Nice area, friendly staff, nice view, very comfortable beds. Breakfast wasn't good 😕. Room lighting wasn't good, two of our bedside lights weren't working. Sound proof rooms, connecting rooms if you need them.
