Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel had a beautiful view of the bay and you could hear the coquís singing at night. We also liked that we were walking distance to a lot of places. The only downside was what I believe was a plumbing issue where sewer water was running outside one side of the hotel. We stayed a week and didn’t see it get fixed, although we heard that’s more on the infrastructure of the island than on the hotel itself. Our room was good, though the carpet could had used some vacuuming prior to our arrival.

Hotel is nice, didn’t like that they don’t do room service even when you ask for it. Room is spacious, the view and balcony were great. Staff very nice and friendly.

While the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, the property itself could use a significant update. The rooms are a bit dated, and you can tell the furniture and decor have seen better days. That said, the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and made up for some of the other shortcomings. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with great service and an amazing view, this is a decent choice. However, if modern amenities and a luxurious feel are what you're after, you might want to look elsewhere.

Property manager was very surly and not welcoming unlike a majority of the Puerto Rican people that I encountered. I had to make multiple requests to have room cleaned and went several days without sheets being changed.
