I phoned Qantas to get information about ancompanied minor, waited to speak to someone for the 3 hours, and have been disconnected, phoned again, waited for another 2 hours to receive a very poor service. There was no qantas staff at automating machines or checking desk to assist.... Very disappointing, that the general qantas 'not existing' customer service is getting worse. The staff at the boarding gate have been exceptional - thank you to Them.
