Poor rooms

Broken toilet seat, leaking toilet water supply line, the tub had dried paint on it. The shampoo and conditioner bottle fell off the wall. The door to the room had to be slammed so that it would close.

The hotel was just okay. There were multiple things about the rooms, elevators, and other things that were in disrepair and seemed to have been that way for a long time. Was definitely not worth the money and they charge multiple different fees and taxes that add hundreds of dollars at checkout. Probably will not ever stay or recommend.

I loved the stay, the only thing I would say is the food is over priced. Check around the area for food options. El Hamburger was great, 10 minute walk and the new reef is excellent about a 20 min drive.

Terrible hotel !!! Don’t waster you money ! It’s all lies from the pictures and outdated !! Rooms with mold not cleaned properly! They changed my room Three times ! And all rooms were terrible . One room the ceiling had a hole in it. There was mold no hot water. The room smell like cat piss. The other one was dirty as well. The bed frames dirty the vents were all for the mold! I left there feeling sick after being there a few hours . Nauseous and dizzy . And all they could say was sorry !

Room had an extra peep hole with no cover it was like falling out of the door the door frame was also somewhat cracked causing us to have to pull slam the door shut every time (other guest doors did not shut that way) in the bathroom there was broken dry wall not properly sealed like they repaired something and didn’t finish paint from wall and cocking from the ceiling peeling / chipping bad the room also became really dusty we only stayed for 3 days
