The room amenities were lacking. The desk area had poor lighting, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. A microwave was not available in the room, forcing guests to use communal ones. However, the bed and housekeeping were good. While suitable for an overnight stay in Armidale, I wouldn’t recommend it for multiple nights, especially for university intensive courses.

Nicely renovated and spacious room (unit 29) On second floor - no lift. The lady at reception helped us take our luggage up the stairs. Free breakfast involved juice, tea, coffee, cereal and toast. Serve yourself in their restaurant space. Concept worked well.

The front desk staff was very nice. I have stayed here before so this was my 2nd time. But this time the amenities were not working. Stayed for 2 nights: swimming pool and spa not working. Would be nice to have little more options for breakfast than just bread and cereal. Fruits or boiled egg would have been nice.

Sound travels too easily through the dividing doors between rooms. The bed I was in was missing a set of wheels so sagged down in one spot. The tiles on the floor of the shower were mouldy. This is my first and last stay here.
