Spacious bathroom with convenient motion lights. Staff were generally friendly, but very little pool service. Food and drinks were very expensive/overpriced. Good location with lots of nearby restaurants and Walgreens. Some noise from construction.

The resort fees were higher than originally described. There is a club that is on the first floor of the hotel that blasts music, audible on the 7th floor until 4AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The beach was not open for swimming for four days due to a storm.

The hotel was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, the pools were nice and the casino was the best one we went to. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants or get drinks from the bar. The drinks were expensive. Lots of places nearby to walk to for food & drinks. Eat at Tayzan and get a pina colada from the little place on the corner. The area is very metro so if you’re looking for relaxed island vibes, this is not it. The beach is amazing & steps from the hotel but it’s not a good area for swimming. Waves were very choppy and there were signs posted warning about rip tides. Old San Juan is a close uber ride.

As soon as we checked in the resort smelled so good and the staff was very welcoming The people that were helping at the beach were very fast to get you chairs and very helpful We did her couples massage and Javier was excellent I highly recommend him! Our favorite restaurant was Serafina and the housekeepers were very good your room always Clean the pool was not to crowded lots of towels to use and chairs available check out was fast they let us check out one hour late overall good trip

We had a fantastic stay at La Concha while we were in San Juan! The hotel was very accommodating and helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The facilities were very nice with multiple restaurants to choose from. The spa was very nice (but very pricey). We would definitely stay there again.
