Booked for a 2 night stay at Avani Box Hill as live in rural Vic and needed to visit Box Hill hospital for a medical procedure.Tarrifs were cheaper than those for hotels suggested by the hospital that were further away. Room was very good with separate king size bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen. Presentation and cleanliness were excellent, and the room was very well equipted with hotplates, oven, dishwasher mid sized 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer, and all the usual crockery and utensils. Suite was spacious enough for a 185cm, 150kg guy and wife to be able to move around and function normally, unlike some other places we have stayed where only one person could be active at once. Highly recommended for anyone needing to stay in the middle of Box Hill, a few minutes walk to railway station, trams, Box Hill Central and the hospitals.
