Early checkout to meet a 6am flight; was told on arrival not possible to do wakeup call, despite checking this was possible, prior to stay. Felt like we were being looked down upon for not choosing to stay at other hotel on site. Limited drinks suitable for children (ie none); not possible to get a meze plate or ice-cream and some hot chocolate after returning to hotel from function in town. VERY comfortable beds though!

Good: shuttle to terminal. Breakfast. Bed. Not so good: Room was very small. No wash cloth, no hand towel, no shower cap. Shelf in shower is in dangerous location. Expensive parking for a visitor- $40 for a couple of hours. Room service not great. One hour and 20 minutes to get lukewarm soup and cold burger. No notice that the cheese sandwich ordered was not available. During a complete fire alarm evacuation at 3:00 am, only one staff on the front desk to assist. They could do better.

Room was great and very clean. Staff were courteous. Unfortunately, after booking a twin room we were allocated a room with Queen bed. Managed to get another room just took 15-20 minutes to arrange.

I opted for here for price and convenience having stayed at the adjoining Novotel the last trip. It’s perfect for a one night stay and a single traveler. A comfy bed, good shower and short walk to the airport. Dining options downstairs. Very clean.
