Room was great and very clean. Staff were courteous. Unfortunately, after booking a twin room we were allocated a room with Queen bed. Managed to get another room just took 15-20 minutes to arrange.

So easy to catch the train from regional Victoria, stopping at Broadmeadows station, then catch the bus direct to the airport. Had dinner and a few cocktails at the bar that evening, and complimentary breakfast the morning we flew out.

The hotel's proximity to the bus stops and parking opposite Terminal Four, along with its relative newness and decent food options make it attractive to me when my flight is early. Rooms are simple but stylish. The Italian restaurant on site can get very busy. It's easy to get to the Terminals to buy take away food and drink or visit the decent cafe under the car park.

Only complaint that I had was that the shower head in the shower wouldn’t stay up and had to be used in your hand if you didn’t want to flood the bathroom. Rooms were clean and hotel is very convenient to walk to the airport.

The only negative we had was the shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay up, easily fixed. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel. It’s very well priced and only a 5min walk to terminal 4.
