Lovely hotel, staff friendly and was able to get a early check in. The room was clean and well presented. Good place to stay if using the Airport, free shuttle bus and short trip to Airport. Would stay again for sure.

Great location to Urban Surf being 30m away from entrance. Perfect for our needs. I unfortunately checked out and left a birthday card in my room with cash inside and the staff were amazing to contact me well after we had started to drive back to Sydney to state they have found it and how they can return the card and money. That in itself is honesty at its best. To the staff, thank you 🙏

It was a good staying here from the 1am pick up at the airport, to the easy check in, a great breakfast and the transfer. A good stay and we have already booked another stay here, but we have been staying at Ciloms Airport Lodge for around 30 years.

Very convenient location to the airport. Shuttle service is excellent and both drivers were very helpful. Very busy hotel and the volume of people coming and going did make it noisy at times. Property does need some maintenance.
