With property maintenance going on at the time of our visit i found a lack of clear signage indicating direction to check in. Although this property does offer short or long time parking and airport transfers at reasonable rates would have been a great added benefit if i had of known earlier overall no so bad

Overall the room was fine. We were definitely in an older & smaller room this time around. There was no where to place toiletries next to basin in bathroom and there was a bath with a shower over it which made it more difficult to get in and out of as older individuals. On the upside, the pool was clean and a nice temperature, the sauna was great ( after you have to wait 20 mins for it to work). It’s still a very convenient hotel when you have an early flight. Perhaps one thing that should be stated for families with young children, that they need to try and keep the children from running throughout the hotel, banging doors etc. As everyone in the hotel is there before an awaiting flight and need to sleep when they can. Thankyou.

It was amazing that we saw so many wild kangaroos were hopping in nearby field from our room window! That was the first thing I saw from our window when we arrived at the hotel and the next day we saw rabbits hopping as well. The hotel staffs are so friendly and kind. They have a free shuttle from the airport to the airport (you need to call them to pick up at the airport). It is convenient. We will come back!

Highly Recommend this Accommodation

I have stayed here a number of times and the rooms and beds are always good, a bit of noise from other guests depending on when their flights come or go but this is understandable in accommodation so close to an international airport. Food at the restaurant is good and not too expensive. I would stay here again.

Contact number for pick-up failure

It was great to have a stop at an airport Hotel, before we got into our Australian tour. One major issue. The telephone numbers on the information do not work with an International phone, whether or not you have free roaming This meant we were unable to get a pick-up from the Airport and wasted $30 on an UBER. Investigated this at Hotel and AIrport. May be OK with an international SIM,otherwise use the number 03 93352788. I have asked them to update......

The pictures on line do not in any way represent the dreadful condition of this facility. A major misrepresentation. Our room was beat up, worn out and in need of a major renovation, as was the entire property. The restaurant and bar were cramped, had limited seating and in need of refurbishment. The food was expensive and tasteless. It’s not worth staying here, at any price.
